It Starts with Birth aims to assist individuals in evolving to a place where they can lead happier, healthier lives and, in turn, experience a richer, more empowering, and beautiful birth when it comes time to deliver. Birthing with love, and acceptance of self creates a healthier family bond, an easier newborn transition, and ultimately a more engaged global community. During my 10 year midwifery career, I have taken great joy and pride in helping people settle into these topics in preparation for their new lives.
