Archie Courtnall Centre is a specialized care area within the Emergency Department at the Royal Jubilee Hospital. Psychiatric Emergency Services (PES) provides specialized mental health and addiction services, including intensive assessment and crisis intervention for patients arriving in emergency at the Royal Jubilee Hospital with psychiatric disorders. The centre also has four short-stay inpatient rooms.more info

At Learning Through Loss we understand the significance a loss can have in a young person’s life (death, divorce, moving, illness etc), and the unique process of grief that occurs during this formative time. Through a holistic and compassionate approach, we offer grief education and loss support groups to young people, and professional development to other youth-serving partners. more info
