Access to mental health and substance use services is through physician referral to the Seniors & Spiritual Health Intake office. For information regarding referrals and services, call the Seniors Outreach Team or the SSH Intake Office at (250) 370-8565.

Referrals are accepted for patients over 65 years of age but physicians can call the intake office to discuss a referral for a patient under 65 with geriatric specific concerns.
